Bridges Wharf, Battersea

Aqua Mechanical Services Ltd has secured a £4.5m order for the installation of mechanical services at Bridges Wharf, Battersea for Weston Homes. The development consists of a new mixed use development including a riverside hotel and spa, 252 residental apartments, business centre, rooftop restaurant and operational, hospitality and business services facilities for the adjacent Battersea heliport.

The mechanical services installation on the project has been designed by Johns Slater and Haward and includes general, toilet and kitchen supply and extract ventilation systems, heat recovery ventilation, primary and secondary heating including the installation of a bio-mass boiler, chilled water, BMS installation and public health services.

The installation works started in February 2008 with completion planned for December 2009.
