Gouda – The Board of Management of Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) announces that Mr Jean Muls (47 years) has been appointed General Manager of Imtech Belgium with effect from 1 January 2010.

Jean Muls is currently COO (Chief Operating Officer) and Director-General at AIB-Vinçotte Group (Belgium), a company operating worldwide and specialised in inspection, monitoring and certification services for electricity, pressure equipment, civil engineering, safety and environmental protection. In his new position, Jean Muls will report directly to the Imtech Board of Management.

With a revenue around 150 million euro, approximately 900 employees and hundreds of clients, Imtech Belgium offers total electrical and mechanical solutions in the buildings and industry markets. The company serves a wide range of different market segments. By means of internal co-operation within the various Belgian Imtech companies, Imtech provides total technical services at every level: ranging from major, multidisciplinary projects to engineering, contract and project management and innovative customised services, including maintenance and management.
